Beers & Brains combines a short expert talk, followed by an engaging speed networking round, and topic-based discussion tables where attendees dive into focused conversations. It’s a fun, dynamic event designed to foster creativity and connection among curious minds, with food, drinks, and plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas.
Speed Networking starts with an outdoor walk, featuring easy improv exercises to break the ice while grabbing a coffee on the go. As we stroll, you'll engage in one on ones with changing partners, building meaningful connections along the way. The event concludes at a local bar with a casual drink, blending fresh air, conversation, and relaxation in a fun afterwork setting.
Peer Coaching is designed for growth-oriented individuals who are passionate about improving both their personal and professional lives. In this supportive community, participants gather for bi-weekly meetings to work on achieving balance by taking consistent action, acquiring new skills or knowledge, and holding each other accountable.

We created Networking Zurich to address the specific challenges that expats in Switzerland encounter, including cultural friction, language barriers, and social exclusion. Many face difficulties adapting to Swiss business customs, communicating effectively in a predominantly German-speaking environment, and breaking into established professional networks. By providing a relaxed and inclusive environment, we aim to bridge these gaps and help our members integrate seamlessly into Zurich’s vibrant community.
